1. Intellectual Property & Source Code Ownership

Upon receipt of 100% agreed project milestones, all source code, database architectures, and digital assets engineered for the client belong entirely to the client with full IP transfer.

2. Delivery & Milestone Approvals

All projects follow structured agile sprints with live staging links provided for client verification prior to production deployment.

3. Warranty & Bug-Fix Guarantee

We provide a 30-day post-launch warranty covering any bugs or deviations from the signed scope document at zero additional cost.
